Production Alchemist

With decades of experience in production management, Natalie has built a solid career as a Line Producer and Production Manager, working on shoots across the UK and internationally. Her portfolio is wide-ranging and includes branded content (well before it became mainstream), digital media, commercials, broadcast productions, theatre, radio and, more recently, podcasts and audiobooks. She is currently working with Noiser as a freelance Head of Production, contracted until the end of March 2026, and has been across several of their audio projects, including the recently launched Dickens Ghost Stories read by Sir David Suchet.

Originally from North London, Natalie now lives in North East Derbyshire, which gives her easy access to productions across the East and West Midlands and South and West Yorkshire. She also maintains close working links with London and Aberdeenshire and can work from either location when required. She has extensive budgeting experience, having managed projects from micro budgets through to productions of £12 million, and is confident using industry-standard tools such as Movie Magic Budgeting, PMI and Excel.

Natalie has wide-ranging operational expertise across scheduling, post-production, health and safety, legal and compliance, HR processes and managing large crews and teams of staff. She is known for her practical, solutions-focused approach and for keeping complex productions running smoothly under pressure. Her work has ranged from sourcing a live snake to transforming a North London garden into an Indiana Jones-style jungle, later reimagined as a Cleopatra-inspired set. These projects highlight her adaptability and resourcefulness.

When she’s not managing productions, Natalie embraces the beauty of the countryside near her home as a passionate amateur photographer, capturing its charm through her lens. Beyond photography, she enjoys crafting, swimming, and practicing yoga—activities that inspire her creativity and provide balance to her dynamic professional life.
